Chalet naturel

The chalet (45m²) offers space for 2 to 3 persons.
The finnish sauna is located directly in the chalet, the balcony (15 m²) on the south side and the terrace (20 m²) with pergola on the east side right next to the herb garden.

Even the exterior of the building should express the theme of closeness to nature. Special attention was paid to building biology and building physics criteria, also in order to create a healthy indoor climate for people with allergy problems. The chalet was built from solid wood, in which there is a room environment characterized by local woods. The window fronts offer a barrier-free view of Luttach.

The floors are covered with floorboards made of larch wood, which comfortably transmit the heat from the integrated underfloor heating. Solid pine wood was chosen for the bedroom. It has a particularly good effect on the vegetative regulation of the human body at rest.

The fireplace gives the living room a nostalgic touch and gives the room a special atmosphere on the long autumn and winter evenings.

The wet area is delimited with a wall made of clay plaster, which provides moisture balance for the entire chalet. Next to it is the Finnish sauna.

The balcony on the south side and the terrace with pergola are also made of larch wood and offer a direct view of the village of Luttach. On the flat roof, grows a for the region typical heather landscape adding a flower crown to the small chalet.

Pets are not allowed in the chalet due to the special hygiene criteria

  • Outdoor area: big balcony and terrace with pavilion, lounge area, sunloungers, Kneipp-barrel
  • Additional: community lavatory with washing machine, accessories for ironing, play room for kids, parking garage, barbecue area, ski deposal with ski boot – dryer, highchair for babys
